Around 80-90 tribal families live in the village of Salkhetiya of Gram Panchayat Barjhai through the eligibility, health and nutrition program under the Bagli Pragati Samiti. All these families and labourers earn their livelihood by taking loans from the group and doing farming or some small business. 

A meeting of Bhagidari Sabha was organized to make these families aware of their rights regarding government schemes. In this meeting, the topic of nutritious food provided by Anganwadi Centre service and Village Health Sanitation and Nutrition Day was also discussed in detail and training was also given. It came out from the discussion that the children studying there were not getting breakfast which is their government provision for 2-3 months. All the members were unaware of their rights and they did not take any steps in this regard. During the Bhagidari meeting, the matter started getting understood and the members showed eagerness to know the solution. After this, the workers of the organization  

The members were given detailed information by the members and it was decided to hold such a meeting every month where every problem of the village could be discussed. Sunita Didi, who is the leader of the Partnership Assembly, talked to the Anganwadi Sector Supervisor and informed him about the problem. After Sunita Didi's conversation, the children started getting breakfast at the Anganwadi center from the next day i.e. 11/05/2023 and till now they get it every day on time in the morning, due to which the same smile has returned on their faces again.

Under the Bagli Pragati Samiti, the people of the MNREGA community in the village Khamkhedi of Gram Panchayat Charia were being constantly contacted for work by the Eligibility, Health and Nutrition Program, but those members were procrastinating. After taking out the muster once, they were refusing to work. This was a big problem for the organization. To solve this, a mobile cinema was organized for the people of the community on 25/05/2023, in which the film Khanti Ki Roti was shown. After watching the film, the morale of the people increased and after 2 days a meeting of Employment Day was organized. In which the film Khanti Ki Roti was shown.

From 31/05/2023 to today 12/06/2023, a total work of Rs 36,244 was done. 20 to 24 laborers are working at the site and gradually the demand for work is increasing in the village.
